About Drinkmonger Spirits Festival
Join us for the Drinkmonger Spirits Festival 2025, now in its second year and designed for drinks lovers looking to elevate their home bar and cocktail game.
Organised by the same expert team behind Whisky Fringe, this exciting event will take place at Mansfield Traquair in Edinburgh on 15th and 16th March 2025.
Explore a world of over 150 spirits across diverse categories - Agave, Brandy, Gin, Liqueurs, Vermouth, Rum, and Whisky. We would love for you to join us to try something new, discover future favourites and find inspiration for your bar at home. At this event, we’ve selected some of the best producers from across the world of spirits. You can choose to sample their creations neat or learn about new ways to enjoy them with selected mixers and in curated cocktails. Back by popular demand, our cocktail demonstration area will be in full swing to help you master new skills and techniques.
