From the organisation that has run regular Syrian supper clubs for many years. Come and join us for a Syrian baking masterclass with our award-winning chef Noura Selibi.
Noura will show you how to make delicious maamoul, a shortbread cookie stuffed with either date paste, chopped walnuts or pistachios and dusted with powdered sugar. Noura will also teach you how to make kunafa, a glorious confection of soft melted cheese (mascarpone & homemade curd cheese) sandwiched with shredded phyllo pastry and drizzled with rose water syrup.
A light lunch is included.
Concession tickets
Cyrenians is committed to accessibility and offers a concession rate for those who are group booking (booking of two or more tickets in one order), children aged under 12 or unemployed, on a low income, on benefits or retired.
