At Spring Equinox (21st - 22nd March) day and night are of equal length all over the world. In the northern hemisphere we still celebrate it as the first day of spring. The days are getting longer and warmer and nights shorter.
This is a time of balance: the balance of light and dark, the balance of the inner and the outer world and joining of the conscious and unconscious. It also it is also a celebration of balance between the intuitive female and manifesting male energy which when in balance can create life.
Here we bring the plans that have been sown and developed during the dark part of the year on the inner levels onto the physical plane. Let them grow and burst into our lives.
Using a combination of shamanic drumming, the sound of quartz crystal bowls, tibetan singing bowls, rainstick, tunning forks and Koshi chimes you'll experience deep and healing relaxation, drifting into an altered state of consciousness.
This will help you to release feelings of anxiety, fear and worry and allow you to benefit from improved sleep, increased feelings of happiness, energy and a boost for your immune system.
