We are delighted to welcome Simon Bradley, one of Scotland’s master musicians, to Edinburgh Tradfest and his equally-accomplished band members Anna-Wendy Stevenson and Michael Bryan!
About Simon Bradley Trio
Performing a suite of self-penned compositions adding to the tradition, Simon Bradley showcases his Donegal roots, the vibrant music scene of 1990s Edinburgh and a career playing fiddle with Asturian stalwarts Llan De Cubel. “Several wind-farms worth of energy in the playing,” is how Neil McFadyen (FolkRadio) described Simon’s style. The music swings and soars in a joyous homage to driving melodic interplay where each tune tells a story.
Simon is joined by his equally-accomplished band members Anna-Wendy Stevenson and Michael Bryan both award-winning exponents and innovators in their own rights.
