Sarah Rankin is a former MasterChef Finalist, food writer and lover of Scottish flavours.
Join Sarah for a Supper Club inspired by dishes in her first cookbook, ‘Kith’ which celebrates Scottish flavours, seasonality, local producers and the joy of cooking for those you love.
APERITIF
Lind & Lime, sherry, bitters
SNACKS

EARTH
asparagus, cheese, tarragon
SEA
cured trout, cucumber, dill
LAND
venison, coffee, chard
CLEANSER
yoghurt, ginger
PUDDING
gorse, almond, coconut
PETIT FOURS
miso, caramel, smoked salt
Arrival for drinks at 6:30pm with dinner starting at 7:00pm
There will be a bar operating on the evening, payment by card only
Unfortunately due to the nomadic nature of the supper clubs, the kitchen cannot cater to dietary requirements
