Move, Breathe & Be in Nature

Come along for some very gentle moving, stretching, breathing and mindfulness and connection to nature.

All adults welcome.

Location: Gracemount Mansion Graceemount Mansion grounds, top of Gracemount House Drive, EH16 6FD

Treat yourself to some relaxation!
