In a world where change is constant, resilience is a superpower. Resilience allows us to adapt and navigate life's uncertainties with grace and confidence. It equips us with the strength to toughen up in tough times, bounce back with positivity and come out a little wiser, a little better for the experience.
Join us for a blend of insights and meditation with Sister Jayanti to discover how to increase our resilience and help others do the same.
Speaker: Sister Jayanti is a spiritual teacher with over 50 years of experience; addressing individuals, politicians, business leaders and many more on topics ranging from the environment, women’s empowerment and wellbeing. She is the Additional Administrative Head of The Brahma Kumaris and the organisation's representative to the UN in Geneva since 1982.
