Join us for a special performance by award-winning singer Hannah Rarity, winner of BBC Young Traditional Musician of the Year (2018), and renowned for her captivating voice and collaborations with top acts like Blazin’ Fiddles, Rura, Niteworks, and Cherish the Ladies.
Both of her albums, ‘Neath the Gloaming Star’ (2018) and ‘To Have You Near’ (2022), were shortlisted for Album of the Year at the BBC Alba Scots Trad Music Awards.
Hannah’s diverse repertoire, blending traditional, contemporary, and original songs, has earned her comparisons to Eva Cassidy and Cara Dillon.
A graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a First Class BA (Hons) in Scottish Music, she has performed at prestigious events like ‘A Celtic Christmas Sojourn’ in Boston, Proms in the Park with the BBC SSO, and various UK television appearances.
