Annabel has hosted many international workshops and has helped transform many lives.
Previous participants have created bold ways to improve communication with workplace colleagues, to boost women’s self-confidence in their bodies, and to make people feel safer in parks at night

Innerleithen is in the gorgeous Tweed Valley in the Scottish Borders.
