Herbalism is ancestral wisdom
The goal of this 2 hour workshop is to re-introduce you to four common pantry herbs that have deep and powerful herbal properties:
Garlic (Allium sativum)
Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus)
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)
Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare)
Though relatively commonplace and well known, these four herbs have continuously surprised and humbled me with their power and versatility.
Join me as we uncover the depth and breadth of these beautiful herbs and empower even the most novice of herbalists to bring healing to your home and hearth.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
