Join us for a scenic ranger-led walk along the Hopetoun foreshore as part of the Scottish Geology Festival! Discover the geological wonders of West Lothian and perhaps catch a glimpse of local wildlife.
Meet at the old Kiosk in the visitor car park. This walk will cover approx. 3 miles with rough underfoot conditions and requires a good level of fitness.
It is not suitable for children under 8 years of age. Please wear suitable clothing and shoes for the Scottish weather.
Binoculars may be useful.
Dogs are not allowed on Ranger-led walks.
Information for gate access will be emailed a week before the event. Your ticket grants access to the Grounds for the rest of the day.
We look forward to exploring the fascinating geology of the area with you!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
