Wine lovers, grab your txakoli glasses, because we're embarking on a taste adventure into this enchanting coastal region. Straddling the Pyrenees between Spain and France, here it's not just about pintxos and berets – but also harbours a viticultural wonderland of tradition and innovation.
Picture seaside vineyards kissed by Atlantic breezes and sun-drenched hills, Basque winemakers craft unique wines that capture their land's essence. From the zippy whites of Getaria to the elegant reds of Rioja Alavesa, here, each glass offers a taste of centuries-old Basque culture and modern artistry.
So raise your txakoli and embark on a flavour journey through one of Europe's most captivating regions. Topa! (That's "Cheers!" in Basque!)

About:
Slonk is an international wine consultancy brand dedicated to working with Winemakers, Sommeliers, Venue Owners, Importers and more to provide on demand sommelier services, and create an inclusive atmosphere for education, inspiration and team/business development, all while demystifying wine.
The Port of Leith Distillery is a new Scotch Whisky distillery in Edinburgh's historic port district of Leith. It is Scotland's first vertical distillery to operate for over 100 years! The Port of Leith brand also produces two Sherry wines that are crafted from Bodegas Baron, a 480 year old producer with a very modern outlook. Sherry plays a crucial role in transforming the character of many of Scotland’s best-loved whiskies, and this sherry will enhance their own whisky.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
