This Thursday 19th September is 'Bordeaux, Or Not Bordeaux', a blind wine tasting event! Try several different wines completely blind, and see if you can tell which hail from sunny Bordeaux. We’ll be talking about the most common preconceptions of Bordeaux Wine, what it's historically been known for ad how this is evolving, as well as discussing the newly permitted grape varieties that were introduced in 2021.
This event is suitable for anyone over the age of 18, whether you're a wine enjoyer or a connoisseur, and is completely free!
You'll also receive 10% off any purchases of Bordeaux wine, and a free tote bag to take away!
Cockburns of Leith is a light and modern wine shopping experience from Scotland's Oldest Wine Merchant. Decanter's Best Scottish Wine Shop 2023.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
