Start your experience by touring the Earth Systems collections at National Museums Collection Centre, guided by knowledgeable Natural Sciences curators. You will learn all about the history, diversity, and importance of geology in Scotland while viewing various geological specimens which you can use as inspiration.
Vojta will then take you through the basics of doing your own illustration of a rock specimen and show you how to identify it based on careful observations of its features.
No art experience is necessary.
Workshop will be held on 24th September at 10:00 and will last 2.5 hours (including tour). To be held at National Museums Collection Centre.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
