Around 500 seal pups are born on Inchkeith each year, creating a truly unforgettable spectacle. While there is no landing on the island, you'll have the chance to admire these adorable pups from a respectful distance aboard the Maid of the Forth.
This unique experience will run on weekends in November, offering availability for adults and children aged 5-15. Due to the nature and duration of the trip, children under 5 cannot be booked online. If you'd like to include younger children, please contact us directly at 0131 331 5000.
In addition to the seal pups, the cruise offers breathtaking views of the Fife and Edinburgh coastlines. On the return journey, you'll pass Inchmickery Island, famed for its buildings designed to resemble a battleship. You may also catch a glimpse of the Switha shipwreck, perched on a rock south of Inchkeith, depending on the tide.
Don’t miss this captivating winter adventure!
