All seeds are migrants, and every seed has a story! Come along to discuss the politics and practicalities of seed life cycles with hands on explorations of: growing from seed using soil blocks, seed biology, seed saving, grain tasting, and Kenyan bean stories and tastings - with the Kũmatha group, Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh, Granton Garden Bakery, and our own growers.
This event is for ages 16+ as the activities are intended for adult concentration spans! The ticket price is subsidised, thanks to funding from Plant Health Centre Scotland. There is also a solidarity option for those who can offer it and a discount for those who need it.
Join us to celebrate seeds and the power of collecting, growing and sharing them.
