Course Highlights:

2. Wild Edibles Cooking: Elevate your culinary skills by incorporating foraged ingredients into delicious, gourmet dishes. All our courses included some wild food tasters & is finished with a meal made with seasonal foraged ingredients.
3. Seasonal Foraging: Explore the changing landscape and learn to identify seasonal delicacies throughout the year.
