Join us for a FREE calligraphy session to create your own Fu – the Chinese character for “Good Luck” or “Good Fortune,” a meaningful symbol often displayed during the Lunar New Year and other festive occasions.
Chinese calligraphy is one of China’s oldest and most treasured visual art forms. Practising calligraphy and painting is a calming and meditative activity and promotes well-being and longevity. By mastering the soft, pointed brush, you’ll engage in an exercise that harmonizes the mind and body.
Whether a beginner or simply curious, this session offers a perfect introduction to Chinese calligraphy.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
