Agave & Mexican Spirits Ambassador Gaby and Rum Ambassador Dean from Speciality Brands will be discussing why producers from rum producers and tequila producers still use these traditional production techniques to create these unique and flavourful spirits.
They will illustrate the unique differences by comparing pairs of different agaves and rums.
