Discover the power of your mind with visiting nun, Gen Lekma. Enjoy a thought-provoking talk on how meditation on Buddhist logic is actually a scientific method to increase our inner peace and happiness in daily life. Gen Lekma will explain ways of understanding what our mind actually is, how it works to produce our everyday experiences and how we can start to take control of our happiness through this understanding. In this way we can reduce painful unwanted states of mind such as stress and anxiety and live a happy meaningful life. Everybody is welcome.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
