Join Kuluna Yoga for Therapeutic Acro Yoga – where the support of partner acro meets the benefits of Thai yoga massage.
Imagine floating weightless while receiving caring touch and deep but gentle assisted stretches. Sounds pretty magical doesn’t it?
Romaine from Kuluna Yoga will share with you a number of therapeutic acro yoga techniques creating a gentle sequence of healing and connection.
This is a small class and spaces may fill up fast, so please book asap to avoid disappointment.
This is a physical and full contact activity.
