Nestled in nature this retreat will provide space for relaxation and preparation for your journey into parenthood.

With Pregnancy yoga to prepare the body and mind for birth, a preparing for postpartum workshop so you feel ready to welcome your little one, a relaxing individual 1 hour pregnancy massage, Doula Q &A to have all your questions about pregnancy, birth and parenthood answered, a meditation to connect to your inner goddess and intuition with optional crafting or a walk in nature.

It's going to be an incredible day. A nutritious lunch, snacks and drinks provided.
