Welcome the season of renewal with a unique guided experience that combines the calming practice of Forest Bathing with the reflective art of Journaling in Nature. This immersive offering invites you to reconnect with the natural world and channel your thoughts into meaningful reflection surrounded by spring’s vibrant beauty.
What to Expect:
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
Your experience begins with a guided forest bathing session, led by a certified Nature and Forest Bathing Guide. Through mindfulness and sensory-based invitations, you’ll awaken your connection to the natural world, grounding yourself in the gentle rhythms of the forest. This practice will help you slow down, breathe deeply, and feel more present in the moment. The walk concludes with a Tea Gathering and seasonal snacks, offering time for shared reflections in good company.
On this guided journey, you will:
Engage your senses through mindful observation of the forest’s textures, scents, and sounds
Participate in nature invitations designed to foster mindfulness and presence
Emerge feeling refreshed, restored, and connected to nature’s harmony
Journaling in Nature:
Following your time in the forest, we will transition into a peaceful journaling session. Guided prompts will help you explore your thoughts, and inspirations while surrounded by nature's beauty. Whether you're capturing the essence of the season or reflecting on personal intentions, this is a space to express yourself freely and creatively.
