Set in a beautiful private nature reserve, this immersive experience invites you to connect deeply with nature and explore your creativity in a serene, inspiring environment.
What to Expect:
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
Begin your experience with a guided forest bathing session, led by a certified Nature and Forest Bathing Guide. Through mindfulness and nature-based invitations, you’ll awaken your senses and connect deeply with the rhythms of the natural world. You will have the opportunity to slow down, relax, restore, reconnect with nature, and share space with others. You’ll feel calmer, more present, and inspired by the beauty around you. We will finish the Forest Bathing Walk with a Tea Gathering and seasonal snacks.
On this guided walk you will:
Engage your senses by noticing textures, scents, and sounds in the forest
Experience guided activities that encourage mindfulness and presence
Feel refreshed, restored, and connected to the natural rhythms around you
Charcoal Nature Art
After grounding yourself in the forest, we will transitions into a creative charcoal art session. Using this earthy medium, you'll express the beauty of nature in your own way. Charcoal derived from wood, is the perfect medium to explore the raw and textured essence of the forest.
What You’ll Learn:
Techniques for using charcoal, to create sketches inspired by nature
Experiment with texture, shading, and patterns
Translate your sensory experience into creative expression

Art Materials:
All charcoal and paper will be provided. If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring additional supplies such as sketchbooks, blending tools, or erasers.
