This immersive session invites you to slow down, tune into the rhythms of the forest, and create a nature mandala inspired by the beauty around you.
What to Expect:
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
Begin your journey with a guided forest bathing session, led by a certified Nature and Forest Bathing Guide. You’ll immerse yourself in the forest’s sights, textures, scents, and sounds through sensory-based invitations and mindful exploration. This calming practice will help you feel grounded, present, and connected to the natural world. The session concludes with a tranquil Tea Gathering, where we’ll share reflections over seasonal snacks in good company.
On this guided walk, you will:
Awaken your senses through mindfulness invitations that deepen your connection to nature.
Participate in nature-based invitations designed to foster relaxation and presence.
Leave feeling rejuvenated, restored, and in tune with the natural world.
Nature Mandala Creation
During your forest bathing walk, you’ll take part in the mindful creation of a nature mandala. Using natural materials gathered along the way, you’ll craft a unique piece that mirrors the patterns and beauty of the forest. This meditative practice fosters creativity, invites reflection, and deepens your connection to the environment.
What You’ll Experience:
Guided techniques for gathering and arranging natural elements.
