Set in a serene private nature reserve, this guided event invites you to slow down, soak in the beauty of summer, and allow the beauty of the natural world to awaken your creativity.
What to Expect:
Guided Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
Begin your experience with a peaceful Forest Bathing session led by a certified Nature and Forest Bathing Guide. This mindful practice invites you to breathe in the fresh air, feel the warmth of sunlight filtering through the leaves, and listen to the forest's gentle rustling. Through guided invitations, you’ll awaken your senses, reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world, and discover a deep sense of calm and presence.
We’ll conclude the walk with a special Tea Gathering and seasonal summer treats, enhancing the connection between nature and community.
On this guided walk, you will:
Notice the vibrant colours, textures, and scents of summer.
Engage in nature connection invitations that ground you in the present moment.
Feel recharged, inspired, and deeply connected to nature's wonders.
Unleashing Creativity: Watercolour Painting in Nature
After the peaceful Forest Bathing session, we’ll move into a relaxed and inspiring Watercolour Painting experience. . This is your time to explore creativity and express the beauty of nature—no rules, no pressure, just pure enjoyment. You don’t need any experience or special skills to take part, and there’s no need to be good at art. Diana will guide you with simple invitations and prompts to spark your imagination and get your creativity flowing.
Using the forest as your inspiration, you’ll:
Blend colours that reflect the vibrant summer scenery.
Capture the shapes and energy of nature, from tiny leaves to expansive skies.
Let your creativity flow naturally, guided by the sights, sounds, and feelings around you.
This is your chance to play, explore, and let your imagination come alive in the heart of nature.

What to Bring
Comfortable clothing and sturdy walking shoes

Art Materials:
All the art materials you need to spark your creativity will be provided! This includes watercolour paints, paper, and brushes. If you have any favorite art supplies you love to use, feel free to bring them along and make the experience uniquely your own.
