The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time when the sun shines its brightest and nature is alive with abundance. It’s an invitation to honour your inner light, embrace your wild woman essence, and celebrate the beauty of community.
Together, we’ll create a sacred space to honour ourselves, each other, and the vibrant energy of the season.
What to Expect:
Beach Walk-Feel the sand under your feet and breathe in the fresh ocean air .This walk will guide us into our presence and deepen our connection to the natural world.
Beach Mandalas- Tap into your creative spirit as we gather treasures from the beach; shells, driftwood, and stones, to create a beach mandala. These sacred patterns will reflect the harmony of nature and serve as offerings of gratitude to the earth and ocean.
Journaling- Dive deep into your soul with guided journaling prompts inspired by the solstice energy, designed to ignite clarity, gratitude, and wild intention.
Community Fire Circle- As the sun sets, we will gather around a glowing fire to honor the light within and the cycles of life. Together, we’ll set intentions, release the old, and step boldly into the next season, guided by the warmth of community and renewal.
Teas & Treats- Savour delicious herbal teas and nourishing treats to support your body and spirit.
Wild Swimming - For those feeling adventurous, Take a refreshing plunge into the ocean to awaken your senses and celebrate the solstice. Let the water renew your spirit and connect you with nature’s wild energy.
Location & Meeting Point:
Our meeting point will be right outside the Joppa Rocks Restaurant. From there, we’ll embark on a short, scenic walk to Joppa Beach, where our gathering will take place.
