As spring unfolds, discover how seasonal herbs can help ease the transition into the new season and nurture your overall well-being.
In this hands on session, you’ll:
Learn to identify and forage local herbs and plants.
Explore the basics of herbalism and how these natural remedies support your body’s seasonal transition.
Enjoy an immersive experience, learning to process and prepare the fruits of our labour.
Feel free to bring your own foraging basket if you have one—if not, don’t worry, we’ll have alternative options to ensure you can still gather your botanical treasures.
Come along, connect with nature, and step into spring with confidence and curiosity.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
