Sip your way through our award winning Height of Arrows Gin range with our relaxed, interactive and conversational event.
You'll be warmly welcomed to our Distillery lounge, where you'll get to know your host and group for the evening. Enjoy an arrival cocktail as we introduce you to Holyrood. Hear about our story and the world of modern Scottish gin production.
Moving through to our Spirits Lab, we'll put your nose to the test with our sensory perception challenge! We'll take you through the key elements involved in our gin production, and showcase our Height of Arrows story - where you'll hear about our brand origins and local legends. Learn more about how gin is produced, and what makes our recipe stand out from the crowd.
You'll enjoy a tasting each of our 4 gin expressions, and hear about how we manipulate flavour using innovative techniques. Experiment with different flavour profiles as we pair different garnishes, mixers and other accompaniments alongside your gin.
While you enjoy your tasting, we'll also tell you more about the world of gin cocktails! You'll then have the chance to choose your next cocktail based on what you've learned, and enjoy these in our cosy Distillery lounge.
